The Director General delivered a speech on the theme "Integration of Spiritual Values and Professionalism of Hindu State Civil Apparatus (ASN)." He expressed appreciation for the contributions of all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and called for collective efforts to strengthen and advance human resources within the Hindu community.

The Director General also emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong ethical foundation in academic and administrative work. He urged lecturers and staff members to uphold integrity and transparency in all processes, reinforcing that professionalism should be guided by moral principles and a commitment to serving the community. Leadership within academic institutions, he noted, should not only focus on intellectual excellence but also on fostering a culture of honesty and accountability.

Furthermore, the speech highlighted the crucial role of Hindu State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in shaping the future of education and governance. The Director General called on the academic community to actively engage in research and knowledge dissemination, ensuring that Hindu philosophical teachings remain relevant in contemporary discourse. By integrating traditional wisdom with modern educational frameworks, he envisioned a more dynamic and resilient academic environment that continues to inspire both students and faculty members.

As the session drew to a close, participants expressed appreciation for the motivational guidance, noting that such interactions serve as valuable reminders of their mission and purpose. The discussion segment allowed attendees to seek advice directly from the Director General, addressing concerns related to career progression, policy implementation, and institutional challenges. Many left the event with renewed enthusiasm, inspired to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Hindu education and professional standards.
